Blueprint Home Inspection in Athens, GA

Chris did a great job and was very thorough with his inspection. I definitely recommend him. He sent over my inspection within just a couple of hours.

MAY 2025 UPDATE! I just had the pleasure of using BluePrint again for the inspection of the townhome I'm about to purchase, and once again, they proved why they’re a true 5-STAR, top-tier business! Christopher was outstanding — he conducted a meticulous, comprehensive inspection and delivered a clear, easy-to-follow report that left no detail overlooked. What really sets BluePrint apart is their exceptional after-service. Every follow-up question I had was answered quickly, thoroughly, and with genuine care. It’s clear that this team isn’t just going through the motions — they truly value their customers and take pride in their work. I can’t recommend BluePrint highly enough! If you’re looking for a business that prioritizes knowledge, professionalism, and customer service at the highest level, look no further. Christopher, Josh, and the team are an absolute class act from start to finish. IMPRESSIVE! I called BluePrint Home Inspection simply based on their Google reviews. Absolutely amazing! I initially spoke with Beth, who was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions, and scheduled an appointment for me almost immediately. Patrick came to my house and did an exceptionally thorough inspection. I was particularly concerned about my attic - whether it was structurally sound and why it was always so hot! After the inspection, Patrick assured me the attic was sound - and even provided me with some suggestions with respect to measures I might consider taking to reduce the temperature of the attic. Patrick was very professional, informative, and highly detail oriented. Outstanding service from start to finish, including a very reasonable inspection fee. I highly recommend BluePrint Home Inspection! Stop searching the web - call BluePrint today!

Blueprint Home Inspection is one the of the best inspection companies I have worked with. They offer a quick turn around time, are very thorough, explain things in depth to the homeowner super friendly. Patrick was wonderful to work with on my last inspection. I look forward to doing more business in the future!

Lee was so easy to work with and he was very detailed and thorough. The report was easy to comprehensive and easy to read. I would highly recommend or use Lee and Blueprint Inspections for any of my future needs.

We had two inspections done with blueprint. One with frank and one with Patrick. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! They are very very thorough- they both were so professional and made sure to explain every little thing with us. The reports they make are very very helpful and they both were very sure to answer any questions. They were both very knowledgeable and really took their time on the inspection. With both patrick and frank, my husband and I brought our parents and they were both very attentive to everyone with all of questions. We were very pleased with frank (enough to use them again) and very impressed with Patrick. I’d recommend them to anyone. They do quality jobs and are both VERY good at what they do. 10/10 Also getting in contact with blueprint has been an ease both times.
